About Royal Oaks

Royal Oaks is a small exclusive residential community in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. It is also a part of the affluent neighborhood of Encino.

This area features many million dollar mansions along the Royal Oaks Road and cul-de-sac. The walled and gated estates often sit on full acre lots with stunning 360 views of the landscape. There is incredible security and privacy in this neighborhood. The properties are beautifully landscaped with specimen trees, art sculptures, and lush plants.

The floor plans are designed to create an easy flow between the formal living and dining rooms while making comfort a top priority. The family rooms have fireplaces and wet bars; some have movie projector systems as well. Some homes have the entire second floor dedicated to the master suite with a bathroom, walk-in closet, exercise room, sauna, sitting room, and terrace. Residents need look no further than their own homes for the perfect retreat. Other amenities include elevators and laundry rooms on different floors.

Students are served by the highly ranked Lanai Road & Hesby Oaks school districts. Encino has eight private schools and three public facilities. This community has a high percentage of college graduates and master’s degrees. There are also places for the outdoor enthusiast at the Los Encinos State Historic Park and the Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area. Encino has about 3,000 businesses that employ over 27,000 people, mostly in the health care, social services, and professional services industries. There are two hospitals nearby including the Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center.

Encino was developed on the north slope of the Santa Monica Mountains. Its neighbors include Reseda, the Sepulveda Basin, Sherman Oaks, Bel Air, Brentwood, and Tarzana.
